Our products are shipped via UPS, USPS and FedEx, depending on the artist creating your product. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for personalized, engraved and embroidered items. All other items should be received in 1-2 weeks. Please call for more details on your specific purchase. Shipping rates are based on zip code and product weights.
Our shopping cart is set up to ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. If you need international shipping to other countries please email us and we can quote shipping for you to your country.
When shipping to Canada we offer two UPS options: standard shipping which is the more affordable choice and takes 3 business days, or UPS Worldwide Express which will deliver your package in 1-3 business days by 12:00 noon.
